Mediasite demonstration today, Feb. 20

by Information Technology Services

Mediasite is a lecture capture-and-distribution solution currently being used at Kansas State University. It allows instructors to:

  • Make live presentations and lectures with interactive polling
  • Create on-demand digital recordings
  • Focus less on the video technology and more on the video message

With Mediasite, instructors can make face-to-face class time more appealing to students and out-of-class learning more productive.

Come see for yourself how Mediasite can increase student interaction in K-State courses.  A Mediasite demonstration will be 3:30-5 p.m. today, Feb. 20, in the Big 12 Room at the K-State Student Union. An information session will follow the demonstration.

To learn more about recording your lectures with Mediasite, contact Artur Gregorian, electronic media coordinator in the Office of Mediated Education, at 785-532-2483.
