Microsoft has increased the maximum amount of K-State central email storage to 50 gigabytes. This is a doubling of storage from its previous maximum of 25GB.
Microsoft is also in the process of adding a new feature to the Outlook Web App (webmail). In the folder list on the left-hand side, there is or soon will be a “People” list that shows unread email from the people you email the most. This is not showing up on everyone’s instance of Outlook Web App yet, but more information can be found in Microsoft’s “People View in Outlook Web App” help file. It could take a few weeks for this feature to be enabled on all K-State accounts.
