Restoring of phone service continues

By Information Technology Services

Network and telecommunications has restored service to all of the phones that appeared to be impacted by last week’s phone outage but some splicing might have been missed. If your phone is still out of order, please create a new incident at servicedesk.ksu.edu with your name, phone number and the building where the phone is located.

The phone outages were a result of a burst pipe in the steam tunnels. Phone services impacted the southeast quadrant of campus, including Anderson Hall, the Beach Museum of Art, Calvin Hall, Fairchild Hall, Kedzie Hall, McCain Auditorium, Nichols Hall and Thompson Hall.

Staff will work to restore your phone service as soon as possible.
