by Information Technology ServicesKSIS logo

K-State’s Student Information System (KSIS) was successfully upgraded to version 9.2 over the summer. KSIS 9.2 has a new navigation, personalization options, and mobile-friendly features for iOS and Android devices.

The new Student Homepage provides quick and easy access to content most often used by students.

Here are some of the things students can do in KSIS:

  • View/Print Class Schedule
  • Add/Drop a Class
  • View/Pay Bills
  • View Financial Aid
  • View Mid-Term and Final Grades
  • Order Transcripts
  • Order Athletic Tickets
  • Create a Designee

Visit the KSIS 9.2 Resources webpage for videos, FAQs and troubleshooting tips. If you have not already done so, upgrade your web browser to the latest version and configure it to allow pop-ups. If you need assistance, contact the IT Help Desk.

While you will find many new mobile friendly features under the Academic Records and Manage Classes tile, our vendor is still developing other features.  In the meantime, use the Student Center tile to access classic functions including viewing class schedule with textbook information, waitlist position and weekly calendar view options, as well as enrolling in classes. The classic student center also contains other often used features such as viewing DARS reports, ordering transcripts, and ordering enrollment verifications. These features can also be found under the new Other Academics tile for your convenience.

KSIS 9.2 provides a foundation for future enhancements. Improved search capabilities and additional mobile-friendly pages will be released in the coming months.
