Advising in KSIS training dates now available for Spring 2022

Training dates for Advising in KSIS are now available for the spring 2022 semester. Sessions focus on the KSU Advisor Center functions. Full-time advisors and faculty advisors are encouraged to attend. Registration through HRIS is required. Sessions for Advising in iSIS training Sept. 26-27

Two additional sessions for Advising in iSIS are now available to faculty and staff who advise students.  You can sign up for the classes in HRIS. It is recommended that you have Advisor permissions in iSIS before signing up for a class.

Sessions will take place in Fairchild 9 and are scheduled:

  • Thursday, Sept. 26, 10:30 a.m.-noon
  • Friday, Sept. 27, 1:30-3 p.m.

iSIS training for advisors this week

Training for K-State advisors on the tools and information available in iSIS is scheduled this week:

  • Wednesday, March 24 — 11 a.m.-noon in Fairchild 9
  • Friday, March 26 — 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Fairchild 9

This class will cover the information available in the Advising tab of the Faculty Center as well as the Student Services Center, and how to remove the Advising Flag to enable advisees to enroll in classes. Continue reading “iSIS training for advisors this week”
