Qualtrics webinar Friday, Feb. 8, for online data collection and surveys

A third Qualtrics webinar has been scheduled for K-State faculty, staff, and students who want to learn about this popular, online data collection tool used for surveys, forms, dissertations, assessments, reporting, etc. The webinar will be 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, in Hale 301. 

“Qualtrics makes sophisticated research simple,” says the company website. “Our company is a worldwide leader in enterprise data collection and analysis. Founded in 2002, Qualtrics has more than 4,500 customers including 1,300 universities worldwide. Companies use Qualtrics solutions for a wide range of market, customer, and employee research.”

Faculty/staff: What’s at the Tech Showcase March 1 (10 a.m.-1 p.m.)

More than 200 faculty/staff have registered to attend the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Showcase 10 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Tuesday, March 1) in the K-State Student Union Ballroom. Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.

Walk-ins are allowed, so faculty who only have an hour can still drop by to learn about IT tools and resources their colleagues are using. The first 200 faculty/staff to enter the ballroom will win a Varney’s gift card.

IT Orientation session Feb. 2: Online Tools

K-State Online, the Survey System, and K-State Zimbra are just a few of the online tools available at K-State. Learn all about them and more at the next one-hour IT Orientation session. The session will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, in 401B Hale Library and is open to all K-State faculty, staff, and students but requires pre-registration.
