IDT Roundtable Feb. 26: Second Life Showcase

Come to the IDT Roundtable session 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, in Room 212 of the K-State Student Union to learn more about Second Life, its use by instructors on campus, and what’s happening out in the virtual world.

Join Iris Totten, assistant professor in Geology; Betsy Barrett, associate professor in Hospitality Management & Dietetics; and Debra Sellers, assistant professor and extension specialist in Family Studies and Human Services, as they share their adventures in teaching with Second Life. Also joining us will be Larry Jackson, founder of K-State’s Second Life Users Group.
