Reminder to instructors: Important grade-submission dates

Finals and final grade submission time is here again, and instructors may want to note the following important dates:

  • May 12: Incompletes assigned in Fall 2008 or previous semesters must be removed and replaced with a letter grade and are due in the Registrar’s Office by Tuesday, May 12. NOTE: This does not include incompletes assigned for thesis, dissertation, or report hours.
  • May 15: Incompletes not removed and without letter grades assigned will be changed to an “F” on Friday, May 15.
  • May 18: Grades are due at 5 p.m. Monday, May 18, for final examinations on May 11-13.
  • May 20:  The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, in order to allow time for back-end processes to run.
  • May 20: Grades are due at 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, for final examinations on May 14-15.
  • May 21: After grades are posted, the Academic Standing process will be run to assign Warning and Dismissal status to student records and to create Dismissal Service Indicators. The warning/dismissal reports should be available to the Academic Deans’ Office the morning of May 21.

Instructors who would like help and training on the iSIS grade submission process may want to attend one of the upcoming training sessions. See the iSIS Training website for more information about dates, times, and enrollment.
