It’s that time of year — graduation, retirement, moving on. For students who will be graduating, faculty/staff who will retire, and students transferring to other universities, information about access to resources and what to do prior to terminating affiliation with K-State is provided on the Preparing to leave K-State webpage.
A few quick suggestions for those who are leaving permanently:
- Forward your email.
- Copy any files from K-State resources to an external hard drive or other storage device.
- Review your mailing lists, and unsubscribe from those you don’t want to keep.
- Remove K-State software from your personal computer.
- Uninstall the K-State antivirus software, and install another (see Wikipedia’s List of antivirus software).
