Dell product demonstration March 4

Representatives from Dell will be coming to campus for the Dell Future State for Client Computing event 2-5 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, in the Cottonwood Room at the K-State Student Union.

Join the Dell account team as they show off some new Dell notebooks and desktops, and present on the direction of future products and technology in the client space.  

There will also be a presentation on Dell’s approach to End User Computing security and Dell HS/SW encryption solutions.

Dell presenters will include:

  • Jeff Cannon, Dell account executive
  • Steven Starrett, Dell client technologist
  • Joe Kelleher, Dell client security specialist

The schedule for the event is as follows:

2 p.m. Welcome and general discussion
2:15 p.m. Dell Latitude notebooks – presentation on current and future products
2:45 p.m. Dell Tablets – presentation on current and future products
3:15 p.m. Dell Optiplex  desktops – presentation on current and future products
3:45 p.m. Dell Precision workstations – presentation on current and future products
4:15 p.m. Dell client security and encryption portfolio
4:45 p.m. Question/Answer

Light refreshments will be served.
