Final CRM open session April 25 on managing and improving student-university relationships

As part of the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan, an initiative is underway to select a university-wide Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solution that will improve the management of student  relationships. The new CRM system will be used to foster collaboration university-wide to enhance recruitment, enrollment, and student success.

To assist the Project Team in reviewing RFP materials and preparing for vendor demonstrations, we want to hear from you. The last open session for anyone who would like to share their feedback is 1:30-3 p.m. Thursday, April 25, in 207 K-State Student Union. If you are unable to attend in person, join the meeting via Zoom: ksu.zoom.us/s/946254621.

By improving our collaboration and communication, K-State can share CRM information across departments, streamline workflows, and create operational efficiencies while providing a more focused relationship with students.
