Grade submission deadlines for spring 2019

Final grades due May 21st at 5 p.m.Grade rosters will be available in KSIS for grade entry after 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 10. Grades are due by 5:00 p.m, May 21 for term courses with final exams given Monday, May 13 – Friday, May 17.

Students will be able to view grades for regular courses in KSIS starting after 8 a.m., Wednesday, May 22.

Grade rosters will be available in KSIS for grade entry after 5:00 p.m,. Fri., May 4. Grades are due 5:00 p.m, May 15 for term courses with final exams given Mon., May 7 – Fri., May 11.

Grade submission deadlines for summer 2017

Grades for the summer 2017 term are due by 5 p.m. Friday, August 18. The August 18day after the instructor approves and submits the grades in KSIS they are posted to students’ academic records. Grades are posted every 24 hours so students can view their grades the day after the instructor submits them.

Grades for the Fall 2011 Term are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online into iSIS is 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, which allows sufficient time for back-end processes to complete. Grade rosters will be available in iSIS for grade entry after 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9.

Students will be able to view grades for regular courses in iSIS starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21.

Grade submission deadlines for Fall 2011

Grades for Fall 2011 term are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online into iSIS is 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, which allows sufficient time for back-end processes to complete. Grade rosters will be available in iSIS for grade entry after 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9.

If the above deadlines are missed, then grades must be submitted directly to the Registrar’s Office using individual Grade Change Forms for each student.

Grades for non-standard courses are due five business days after the class ends except for classes ending during finals week, when all grades are due at the same time.

Students will be able to view grades for regular courses in iSIS starting 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21.

Grade  rosters for regular courses will be available in iSIS after 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10.

All grades are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21, which allows sufficient time for back-end processes to complete.

Reminder: Deadlines for final grade submission and approval

Instructors must submit final grades in iSIS by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, for regular courses with Dec. 14-16 final exams. Grades for regular courses with Dec 17-18 final exams are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4 p.m. Dec. 22. Students will be able to view grades in iSIS on Dec. 23.

Online grade submission for fall term 2009

Fall Term 2009 grades are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22.

For all non-standard courses, grades are due five business days after the class is complete. Grade rosters for non-standard courses are available to faculty in iSIS for grade entry the day after the last day of class.

Enrollment questions simplified with online chart

During fall 2008 term, there was confusion surrounding access and enrollment in courses, especially if it was an evening or nonstandard course, or a course offered through the Division of Continuing Education. In efforts to recruit and retain students, the offices of the Registrar, Graduate School, Division of Continuing Education, and Information Technology Services are collaborating to simplify the process. The offices have created the Questions & Answers for Assisting Students with Enrollment chart (PDF) to help offices across campus know where to direct students when they call asking for assistance.
