Canvas spring 2022 courses have been created

The Automatic Course Creation for spring 2022 is now complete. Course shells including 900-level courses have been created in Canvas. Student rosters will automatically be kept in sync with KSIS, with student drop/adds happening in near real-time. Changes to the course in KSIS will be reflected in the K-State Online course. To have a 900-level course created, contact the IT Help Desk.

Register now for InstructureCon on October 7

Register now InstructureCon on October 7, 2021! Like last year, the event will be free and entirely online. This will be a global event with regionally relevant content and start times. Virtual conference attendees will be able to select from more than 50 breakout sessions, including regional speakers.

The Canvas Caravan Midwest is from  9-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 15. This free virtual event connects educators with their communities!

  • Get your questions answered
  • Participate in roundtable discussions

Reminder: archive content from the K-State Online LMS by Aug.1

K-State Online, the homegrown Learning Management System (LMS) developed and used at K-State from 1998-2013, was retired in 2016. Course content, including syllabi, has been maintained based on the University Retention Schedule. However, beginning August 1, IT will no longer retain any course content data following the Course Content Records Retention Schedule.
