Online EDUCAUSE conference sessions to be videostreamed Nov. 7-9

K-Staters are welcome to attend the free, live-streamed sessions of the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference, Nov. 7-9. Information for each session is in the EDUCAUSE 2012 Online Program.  Join us to view all or as many of the sessions as suits your schedule. The EDUCAUSE programs are available:

  • Wednesday, Nov. 7 — 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., 301 Hale Library
  • Thursday, Nov. 8 — 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., 401 Hale Library
  • Friday, Nov. 9 — 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 301 Hale Library

EDUCAUSE 2010 resources now online

For all who missed the EDUCAUSE Online conference that was hosted at Kansas State University on Oct. 13-15:

You can now access some of the conference resources including PowerPoint presentations, podcasts, streamed sessions, and a social media summary.

The full collection of the online conference streamed sessions is available on the Private Session Recordings webpage. (Note it says “private sessions resources are available exclusively to registered participants for three months or until January 6, 2011.”)

Although not all sessions are available, it is hoped you will be able to benefit from this resource.

Live EDUCAUSE sessions: Oct. 13-15 schedule

The online EDUCAUSE Conference is scheduled this Wednesday-Friday, Oct. 13-15, and K-Staters are welcome to attend the live-streamed sessions (see below) as time allows. Length of sessions vary. About 20 seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it’s a good idea to arrive early. All sessions are in 202 Fairchild Hall on the K-State-Manhattan campus.

No registration is needed. Further information about each session and the presenter(s) is available in the conference program.

Live-streaming of the EDUCAUSE sessions is being sponsored by the Information Technology Assistance Center. Questions about the sessions should be sent to Ernie Perez, ern@k-state.edu.
