Wimba will be undergo maintenance 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, March 4. During the maintenance period, Wimba (and all archived classrooms) will be unavailable for approximately 2-3 hours. Check your K-State Online Organizer on Friday for the approximate start and end times that Wimba will be unavailable.

Wimba Classroom will be unavailable due to system maintenance beginning 7 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 16 — and will be back up by 5 p.m. or as soon as the maintenance is completed. This maintenance will address the volume-level issue many K-Staters are experiencing. Contact wps@k-state.edu if you have any questions or concerns.
Cathy Rodriguez will present an eTips session on “Getting started with Excel 2007” at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, desktop webinar via Wimba. This session will demonstrate the basics in getting started with Excel such as getting familiar with the ribbon, creating a workbook, entering and editing data, adding rows and columns, and entering simple formulas.
eTips registration is required at least 24 hours in advance to allow time to add you to the session and ensure your workstation is configured properly for accessing the session.

Use a headphone set with a microphone. That will filter out extraneous background noise in your environment and also allow you to verbally communicate with a Wimba instructor instead of being limited to text messaging.
