KS-LSAMP would like to congratulate Socorro Martinez on finishing his K-State undergraduate degree this Fall!
Socorro graduated from Seward County Community College and then transferred to K-State where he started a degree in Animal Science and Industry. During his time at K-State he completed several internships. His first was at Supreme Cattle Feeders during his junior year. The following summer he completed an internship at JBS Fiver Rivers, Grant County Feeders. Socorro also completed research as a LSAMP/Developing Scholar student during the academic year. He has now completed his degree in Animal Science and Industry and has accepted a position at Bartlett III Cattle Company in Sublette, KS.
