Listen to local weather forecasts to prepare for extreme heat. NEVER leave children or pets alone in hot vehicles! Cars can heat up 20 degrees in just 10 minutes!

Make sure you drink LOTS of water to stay hydrated and prevent dehydration, heat stroke & more. #BeatTheHeat and have emergency supplies in place at home, at work, and in the car.
