Dear Meadow Keepers and Enthusiasts:
There has been such lovely weather here in Manhattan, and the Meadow needs tending to before winter hits…
Would you lend a hand this Sunday, November 20, from 1-4 p.m. We anticipate a couple new faces joining our great club.

Beach Museum of Art Hours Reduction

The Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art is committed to providing the highest quality exhibitions and programming to the campus and community. In order to maintain this level of quality with limited resources, we have made the difficult decision to reduce the museum’s open hours.

New museum hours effective Sept. 3:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The museum will continue to provide a rich array of Thursday evening programs, and look forward to announcing increased public programming on Saturdays, next semester.

We hope you join the Beach Museum of Art for the opening reception for “Civil War Era Drawings from the Becker Collection” from 6–7:30 p.m. Sept. 9, and 20th Anniversary events in October. A full schedule of events and exhibitions is available at beach.k-state.edu

The Beach Museum of Art is located at 14th and Anderson and offers free admission.
