Another successful summer of enrolment and orientation for incoming students has passed us by! The Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art would like to welcome all incoming Kansas State University students to the K-State Family. For the past several years the museum has participated in orientation and found it to be a great way to let incoming students and Manhattan residents know of the gem we have tucked on the corner of campus.
The student employees of the museum spend time during orientation sharing information about the museum with the incoming students and their families. We see this as an opportunity for current students to bond with incoming students, sharing the wildcat way. This year we were able to reach out to over 1000 people.
Manhattan is a great place to live and go to school, welcome, and we’ll see you in August!
