Students in K-State’s Global Food Systems Leadership secondary major, as well as any student interested in the topic, are invited to a special event 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 11, in room 126 of the Leadership Studies building for a student chat with Frank Mitloehner, Ph.D., relating to his work on agriculture and air quality – specifically methane and animal agriculture and its impact on the climate.
This casual conversation precedes Mitloehner’s Henry C. Gardiner Global Food System Lecture at 7 p.m. Monday in McCain Auditorium.
Guests will spend the first hour chatting with Dr. Mitloehner about important issues and then share a free box lunch and continue the conversation. If you want to enjoy a free lunch, email your RSVP to marykay@ksu.edu.
