The visit began on March 2nd, 2018 and will end on March 12th, 2018. Some of the sites visited thus far are located in the Mbeya, Mbozi, and Kilolo districts in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania, where the two projects are both working and collaborating with the NAFAKA project, FIPS -Africa, ARI Uyole, and other partners. The key activities on the ground are focused on promoting different technologies to raise crop yields, scaling these technologies, and providing market linkages to farmers.
