Microsoft Office 2010 for Windows available today

Office 2010 for Windows was released to the public today by Microsoft.

Office 2010 Professional is being offered locally for $499.99 at Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, and Target.

Students and faculty/staff can save money and get Office 2010 Professional Plus for only $79.95 under the K-State Student Select program by presenting their current K-State ID at the K-State Student Union Computer Store. The software is in stock and available now. Office 2010 Professional Plus contains the same programs (and more) as the Office 2010 Professional version being offered at retail for hundreds more dollars.

Office 2010 Professional Plus includes:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Access
  • Publisher
  • One Note
  • Outlook

The Plus version adds:

  • Business Contact Manager
  • Communicator
  • Infopath
  • Sharepoint Workspace
