A professional portrait of Jon McGrawAll K-State faculty and staff are invited Wednesday, April 19, to a workshop with K-State alumnus Jon McGraw.

Jon McGraw, co-founder of Vision Pursue, K-State alumnus and former NFL player, will share about how you can incorporate mindfulness and developing a performance mindset when working with students and into your day-to-day lives.
