ECC-produced student-recruitment video wins award

Tyler Traxson, associate producer/director at ECC, has been awarded an International Ava Platinum Award for the K-State Student Recruitment Video 2009 which he produced, directed, and edited. Traxson worked extensively with Pat Bosco, vice president and dean of Student Life, and a team of student writers and talent to create “Experience Life at K-State”, which can be seen on K-State TV’s YouTube. The video is used extensively as a student-recruitment tool.

The Ava Award is given by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, an international organization. Entries are judged by senior-level professionals who review submissions from many different countries, categories, and agencies. Entries are judged upon their overall quality, creativity, and resourcefulness.
