Equipment Checkout website updated with photos and more details

The Equipment Checkout website (sponsored by the Information Technology Assistance Center) has been updated with photos and more details on all the equipment available for checkout to K-Staters, including digital and still cameras, videorecorders, audio recorders, laptops, sound systems, and more.

Each type of equipment has its own information page with:

  1. Photos of the equipment and accessories
  2. Checkout list
  3. “Best used for” section that highlights optimum uses
  4. Requirements or limitations

For example, digital cameras typically require K-Staters to provide their own media storage such as a USB flash drive.  A Canon Powershot G10 still camera requires users to provide an SD card.

For more information:

  • Visit the Equipment Checkout website at k-state.edu/its/checkout.
  • To reserve equipment, call 785-532-4918 or email itacrecp@k-state.edu.
  • Stop by the office at 214 Hale Library (adjacent to the IT Help Desk), 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday during the summer (fall office hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m.)
