Wireless printing from a personal laptop

""In order to print wirelessly, users must be on campus and connected to the KSU Wireless or KSU Housing network. Wireless printing can be done from anywhere on campus to PaperCut print stations in several locations:

  • Hale Library: First, second, third and fourth floors
  • Media Center: First floor, Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab
  • K-State Student Union: First floor
  • Justin Hall: Lobby
  • Weigel Library: Room 0081
  • Math/Physics Library: Cardwell Hall, room 105C

How to print

  1. Go to https://papercut.ksu.edu.
  2. Sign in using your K-State eID and password.
  3. Click Web Print in the navigation menu.
  4. Click Submit a Job.
  5. Select the desired printer location.Note: Make sure to use Black_and_White or Color depending on your print job.
  6. Click Print Options and Account Selection.
  7. Type the number of desired copies press Upload Documents.
  8. Either drag & drop the files to print into Drag files here or select Upload from computer and locate the files.
  9. After the upload is complete, click Upload & Complete.
  10. To print the documents, go to the selected print station, swipe your KSU ID card or type your eID and password.
