Register now for free IT security training event April 13

This April, K-State’s Office of Information Security and Compliance (OISC) is hosting a free Cybersecurity Training Event 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, at the K-State Student Union. Register for the free security training April 13.

The event will consist of a welcome and introductory remarks from K-State’s Chief Information Security Officer Harvard Townsend, followed by eight breakout sessions in the morning. By popular demand, the same breakout sessions will be offered again after lunch, so K-Staters have opportunities to attend more session topics overall.

The day will end with a security wrap-up, which will allow K-Staters to ask the IT Security team questions about security on campus.

More information will continue to be available on the OISC website.
