Free VLC media player handles variety of video, audio, other formats

Do you have a media file or DVD that won’t play in Windows Media Player or QuickTime? Try the VLC media player, a free, open-source, cross-platform (Windows, OSX, Linux, and more) software. It will play a wide variety of media formats without the need for downloading additional codec packs.

K-State TV to air Wildcat Request Live competition

On Wednesday evening, K-State TV will tape Wildcat Request Live.  This favorite homecoming event will be replayed at 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26. Re-live the excitement of Wildcat Request Live,  and watch the high-energy lip-sync and dance competition between Greek Homecoming pairings who perform to a song of their choice.
