Through November, Office Enterprise 2007 for Windows will be offered by the Union Computer Store to K-State faculty/staff and students at the same $79.95 price in place of Office Professional 2007 as a back-to-school special.
This special deal is being made by Microsoft to schools participating in the Microsoft Student Licensing Program as a back-to-school special. Office Enterprise 2007 is considered a step up from Office Professional 2007.
Office Professional 2007 includes Word 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager, Publisher 2007, and Access 2007. Office Enterprise 2007 adds OneNote 2007, Groove 2007, and InfoPath 2007. See Microsoft’s Office Enterprise 2007 site for complete details on the programs it contains and system requirements.
According to Microsoft, “Office Enterprise 2007 is the most complete Microsoft toolset provided for people who must collaborate with others and work with information efficiently, regardless of location or network status. Office Enterprise 2007 builds on the strengths of Microsoft Office Professional 2007 with the addition of Microsoft Office Groove 2007 and Microsoft Office OneNote 2007.”
License Restrictions: This license for Office entitles you to “secondary portable device” support which means that this application can be installed on up to two devices, as long as both are used by the same owner.
Expiration Policy: This is a perpetual license and you are entitled to continue using this product after leaving the university.
Package Contents: Official Microsoft CD and unique license key. It is highly recommended this be kept in a secure, safe, and accessible location in the event future reinstallation is necessary.

Past purchasers of Office Professional 2007 under the Microsoft Student Licensing Program are eligible to purchase Office Enterprise 2007.
