ImageNow upgrade is complete

Over the weekend, ImageNow was successfully upgraded to Perceptive Content Foundation version EP2. ImageNow users now have access to an upgraded desktop client and a new web client.

Online training is available for all ImageNow users through Hyland Software. To learn more, visit K-State’s ImageNow training webpage.

ImageNow is a document imaging and content management system. Electronic documents are securely stored and can be shared, annotated, or routed through workflows.

With ImageNow, you can:

  • Capture paper forms, faxes, emails, etc. allowing for easier access to documents
  • Capture notes, approvals, etc. that are stored within the document
  • Streamlines processes and reduces the time needed to transfer documents between K-State departments
  • Reduces required physical storage space
  • Enhance document security

K-State uses ImageNow for:

  • Student Records: Admissions, Student Finance, Registrar’s Office, Student Housing, etc.
  • Employee Records: Benefits, Payroll, College/Admin level HR
  • Research/Grant documents
  • Financial documents
