Enroll in Duo by Jan. 13 for your chance to win Apple AirPods

To keep your personal information safe, K-State offers Duo two-factor authentication to provide a second layer of security for your account by using a secondary device to verify your identity. Early Duo enrollment is now through Jan. 13. Students who enroll early will be entered into a drawing to win a pair of Apple AirPods.

During the early enrollment event, K-State will give away 20 pairs of Apple AirPods. To learn more about the incentive prizes, view K-State’s Duo website. The 20 winners will be drawn on Feb. 1, 2023.

On Feb. 15, 2023, mandatory Duo two-factor authentication enrollment will begin. All students will be required to use Duo when they sign into K-State’s tools and services, including webmail and KSIS. At this time, Canvas will not be included.

To enroll in Duo, complete a short Qualtrics survey. After completing the survey, you will receive an enrollment email within three business days to your K-State email address with details about enrolling. You will need a laptop or desktop computer and your mobile device for the two-minute self-enrollment process.

Student employees who are already enrolled in Duo do not need to re-enroll. You will automatically be added to the Apple AirPods drawing. To be eligible for the Apple AirPod giveaway, students must complete the Qualtrics survey and the Duo enrollment before Jan. 13, 2023.
