KSIS Class Scheduler training is available during the spring semester. Sessions are designed for employees new to the Class Scheduler process and refreshers for employees who have previously updated class schedules. Registration through HRIS is required. The following Class Scheduler sessions will be conducted via Zoom. The Zoom session information will be provided on the morning of the training.
- Tuesday, March 7, 10-11:30 a.m.
- Thursday, March 9, 1-2:30 p.m.
During the training, the following topics will be discussed.
- Printing the Class Schedule report
- Changing room locations
- Updating instructors
- Editing the section status
