Transform the way you work with Microsoft Loop on the web

""Microsoft Loop on the web is a wiki-like tool to help you organize your work. Microsoft Loop consists of:

  • Workspaces – a central hub to see all your work on a specific topic in one place. You can create spaces for your personal or collaborative work.
  • Pages – You can create pages from scratch or from a template. There are many features available to help you format your pages creatively.
  • Components – you can add shareable components such as lists, tasks, tables, KanBan Boards, and more.

You start off by creating workspaces for your various needs (personal or shared). The following are a few ways you might use workspaces:

  • Team intranet – a central hub for collaboration, content organization, and document creation,
  • Brainstorming – a place to store your personal or team brainstorming ideas.
  • Project Management: use task lists to keep track of your tasks and projects. Task lists can be turned into a Loop component so they can be shared in other apps in Microsoft 365.
  • Onboarding – a workspace where new employees can learn about your organization. You could include things like an organizational chart, an employee handbook, a checklist of tasks they need to complete, etc.

The easy formatting of pages in workspaces make it an ideal tool to keep you organized. Pages can include:

  • ""Table of contents
  • Headings
