The IT Help Desk, 214 Hale Library, returns to normal hours of operation on Saturday, Aug. 24, for the fall semester. Note the extended hours Aug. 22-23, the fall schedule below, and closing for the Labor Day holiday. “All services” support includes live online help as well as phone, email, and walk-in help.
Special extended hours are scheduled on these dates:
- Thursday, Aug. 22: 8 a.m.-midnight, all services
- Friday, Aug. 23: 8 a.m.-6 p.m. all services; 6-10 p.m. phone support only
Fall semester IT Help Desk hours starting Saturday, Aug. 24:
- Sunday: 1-10 p.m. all services; 10 p.m.-midnight phone support only
- Monday: 7:30 a.m.-midnight all services
- Tuesday: 7:30 a.m.-midnight all services
- Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.-midnight all services
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-midnight all services
- Friday: 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. all services; 8 p.m.-midnight phone support only
- Saturday: 10 a.m.-7 p.m. all services
The IT Help Desk will be closed on Monday, Sept. 2, for the Labor Day holiday.
