Information rights management (IRM) is available in Microsoft Office 2007. This feature allows you to control access to your documents, workbooks, and slide shows. According to Microsoft Help, “this helps prevent sensitive information from being printed, forwarded, or copied by unauthorized people.” You can also set a file expiration date so content can’t be viewed after the specified date.
