The last Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) Roundtable of the semester is 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, April 22, in Room 212 of the K-State Student Union. This presentation is open to all K-Staters, and should have particular interest for faculty and visual-spatial learners. Ben Ward, instructional designer with iTAC, will provide “an image-packed journey into the world of visual literacy.”
This presentation covers:
- Visual-spatial learners in the classroom
- How to improve visual impact of lectures and presentations
- New software for creating visual aids
- Addressing the visual as narrative
