During the spring semester, Information Technology Services is hosting a webinar training series focusing on Mediasite at K-State.
This webinar series highlights many of the power features offered through Mediasite. On Mar. 23, faculty will discover how to download their Mediasite presentations and optionally allow students to download content, too. The final spring webinar on Apr. 13 will explain how Mediasite’s built-in presentation analytics offers valuable insight into the effectiveness of one’s Mediasite content.
The 2020 spring semester schedule includes:
- Downloading Mediasite Content — 10 a.m., Mon., Mar. 23, https://ksu.zoom.us/j/584923944
- Mediasite Presentation Analytics — 10 a.m., Mon., Apr. 13, https://ksu.zoom.us/j/654435549
If you missed last month’s webinar, you can watch it and other previous recordings on-demand.
Mediasite is an online video capture, management, and playback system, much like YouTube but with more features, better security, and easy integration into Canvas. Mediasite enables faculty to offer digital media-enriched content to their students. For more information, or to watch previous Mediasite webinars, go to k-state.edu/mediasite.
