How to create rules in Outlook on the Web

  1. On the toolbar, click Settings and then click Rules.
  2. Click Add New Rule.
  3. Give your rule a name, define the conditions and actions.
  4. Click Save.

Create a rule based on a message in Outlook on the web

  1. Click the 3 dots at the top of a message.
  2. Click Advanced Actions and then click Create Rule.
  3. Choose Move to a folder or click More Options if you want to define different criteria and actions.
