Departments: Need help putting a computer quote together? iTAC can help

The Client Services team in iTAC can assist in putting together quotes for K-State departmental computer purchases. Let us help you navigate through all of the options to find the best match for you and your department’s needs. 

To request assistance in getting a quote for a new computer:

  1. Open a web browser, go to servicedesk.ksu.edu, and sign in with your K-State eID and password.
  2. In the upper left-hand corner, select Service Catalog.
  3. Under the Can We Help You? section, select Computer Quote Request.

ITS also put together a departmental computer recommendations page to help departments if they choose to quote and purchase computers on their own.
