The target date to complete the KSIS upgrade is Monday, July 24. KSIS will be unavailable during the upgrade window from Friday evening, July 21 through Sunday, July 23.
After the upgrade is complete, KSIS will have a new graphical, responsive web design and mobile-friendly features for iOS and Android devices.
KSIS users are encouraged to prepare for the upgrade by:
- Visit the KSIS Upgrade Project site
- Download and review the KSIS 9.2 Quick Start Guide
- Verify/upgrade to the minimum recommended web browser version
Additional online help pages will be available soon, and Walkup Help Sessions are planned for August.
