IT Service Desk fall schedule

The IT Service Desk’s fall schedule begins on Sun. Aug. 20. Located on the second floor of Hale Library, the IT Service Desk staff can help you with your IT requests and services. Whether you need help resolving an IT incident solving computer problems or ordering an IT Service.

IT Service Desk Hours

All Services — Phone, Live Chat, and Walk-in
  • Monday – Thursday — 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Friday — 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday —  Closed
  • Sunday — 1 – 8 p.m.
Phone and Chat Only
  • Monday – Thursday — 8 – 10 p.m.
  • Friday — 6 – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday –  Closed

IT Service Desk summer hours

The IT Service Desk, Equipment Checkout, and Media Center have reduced summer hours. The IT Service Desk is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday, closed on Saturdays, and 1-6 p.m. on Sundays.

The IT Service Desk will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

IT Service Desk summer hours

The IT Service Desk, Equipment Checkout, and Media Center will have reduced hours during the summer semester. Beginning May 14, the IT Service Desk will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday, closed on Saturdays, and 1-6 p.m. on Sundays.

The IT Service Desk will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday on May 29 and Independence Day on July 4.

IT Service Desk hours for spring break 2023

The IT Service Desk, Equipment Checkout, and Media Center will have reduced hours during spring break, open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 13-17. Regular hours will resume on March 20.

The IT Service Desk is now using TeamDynamix to improve the customer service experience. With the implementation of TeamDynamix, K-Staters can expect the following:

Fall semester hours for the IT Service Desk

K-State’s IT Help Desk has undergone a name change and will now be called the IT Service Desk.

Why are we rebranding? IT staff have spent the last several months evaluating the customer experience. It has become clear that K-Staters are reaching out for more than just help; many inquiries are about services and information. With this in mind, the rebranding or name change will encompass additional needs of K-Staters to deliver a “World Class IT Service Desk” experience.
