The KSIS upgrade project team is currently working with various focus groups to conduct pre-release testing and prepare for the go-live date Monday, July 24.
KSIS will be unavailable during the upgrade window from Friday evening, July 21, through Sunday, July 23.
Once the upgrade is complete, KSIS will have a new mobile-friendly navigation. The new NavBar navigation will allow you to access: Recent Places, My Favorites, Navigator (all your folders), and Classic Home. Users will be able to add both Fluid (new) and Classic (old) pages to My Favorites in the NavBar.
KSIS users are encouraged to prepare for the upgrade by doing these:
- Visit the KSIS Upgrade Project website
- Download and review the KSIS 9.2 Quick Start Guide
- Verify/upgrade to the minimum recommended web browser version
Additional online help pages will be available soon, and walk-up help sessions are planned for August.
For more information about the KSIS upgrade, see the KSIS Upgrade Project website. If you have specific questions, contact Diana Blake, associate director, Information Systems Office, dkblake@k-state.edu, 785-532-7843.
