Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Mobile L100 training is scheduled 2-3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21. The session will be presented in Microsoft Teams.

This introductory course will expand on Outlook and Exchange Online basics, terms, and features of the Outlook Desktop and Outlook Mobile applications.
Objectives:
Understand the relationship between Exchange Online and Email Client
Become familiar with accessing and navigating different modalities like Outlook Online, Outlook for Desktop, and Outlook Mobile
Become an expert in the navigation of the Outlook for Desktop Client
Understand new Microsoft 365 features in Outlook such as @Mentions and MyAnalytics
Review advanced topics such as Import/Export and Rules

Training sessions for Master Extract Reporting in KSIS for fall 2021 are now available. The monthly sessions are only for staff who have been granted the Master Extract Reporting permission. The training schedule is set for one session each month.
You must have permission set up for Master Extract Reporting in KSIS before you can take this class.
If the offered sessions do not fit your schedule, please contact the KSIS training coordinator, Fred Darkow, at fdarkow@k-state.edu to request additional classes. Attendees will be notified if a session is canceled and will be asked to register for an alternative training session.
Training dates for Advising in KSIS are now available for the fall 2021 semester. Sessions focus on the KSU Advisor Center functions. Full-time advisors and faculty advisors are encouraged to attend. Registration through HRIS is required. See Using HRIS to register for classes.
