During the downtime, Students will be unable to access KSIS to drop or add a course, view their financial account, make payments, etc.
Student employees will be unable to submit their time or view paychecks in HRIS. Processing of transactions will resume once the upgrade is complete.

HRIS, KSIS, and DARS will be upgraded to PeopleTools 8.57 and 19C Database during the spring semester. In addition, our systems will be kept current with the latest images delivered by Oracle. The upgrade is scheduled to begin after 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, thru Sunday, Feb. 28.
All three systems will be unavailable for use during the upgrade. Students will be unable to access KSIS and drop a course during the upgrade.
