The IT Service Desk is now using TeamDynamix to improve the customer service experience. With the implementation of TeamDynamix, K-Staters can expect the following:

  • Enhanced collaboration with IT Service Desk and K-Staters for real-time support

Enroll in Duo now for a chance to win a pair of Apple AirPods

Take a study break and enroll in Duo two-factor authentication! To keep your personal information safe, K-State offers Duo as a second layer of security for your account by using a secondary device to verify your identity. Early Duo enrollment is now through Jan. 13. Students who enroll early will be entered into a drawing to win a pair of Apple AirPods.

During the early enrollment event, K-State will give away 20 pairs of Apple AirPods. To learn more about the incentive prizes, view K-State’s Duo website. The 20 winners will be drawn on Feb. 1, 2023.

On Feb. 15, 2023, mandatory Duo two-factor authentication enrollment will begin. All students must use Duo when they sign into K-State’s tools and services, including webmail and KSIS. At this time, Canvas will not be included.

The IT Service Desk, IT Equipment Checkout, and Media Center will have reduced hours during winter break beginning Dec. 18.

  • Dec. 27 – 30, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Phone and Chat only)
  • Dec. 31 – Jan. 2, Closed​​​​​​​

Copy final grades from Canvas to KSIS

Instructors can copy their final grades from Canvas to KSIS with the Copy Grades to KSIS tool located in the left-hand navigation of each course in Canvas.

Grades for the fall 2022 term are due by 5 p.m. Tue., Dec. 20, for term courses with final exams given Mon., Dec. 12 – Fri., Dec. 16.

Download your assignment submissions from Canvas

Students, you can download all your assignment submissions in Canvas. Submissions are for current and concluded courses and only include files submitted to fulfill an assignment; they do not include any submissions modified by instructors, such as annotated submissions.

The download also includes submissions for group assignments, even if another student in your group made the submission. Submissions are downloaded as a ZIP file when the export has finished generating.

What to know before you leave K-State

Are you leaving K-State? Whether you are a student who is graduating or transferring or maybe an employee that is moving on to a new opportunity, there are several services and tools you will lose access to when you leave K-State.
