iSIS Class Scheduler training is now available for staff. Two classes for new class schedulers and two refresher classes for veteran class schedulers are available in HRIS. You must have permissions provided for the Class Scheduler role before taking any of these classes. All sessions are scheduled in 9 Fairchild Hall. During the past year information technology services, the K-State ID Center, and office of the registrar developed new processes to enable student photos taken by the ID Center to be imported and displayed in iSIS.

Training for Master Extract Reporting in iSIS is planned 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, in Fairchild 9. K-State administrative staff employees who run the Master Extract Report can sign up to attend. Registration deadline is 5 p.m. Monday, July 8.

The final Grading in iSIS sessions will be presented Wednesday, May 8, and Thursday, May 9. The training is for any faculty or staff member who needs to enter grades in iSIS for the Spring 2013 semester. All sessions are in Fairchild 9. Register for the class via the www.as.ksu.edu/HRIS website.
