iSIS grade-submission deadlines Tuesday, Dec. 21
Reminder: Grades must be approved in iSIS by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21. Grades being copied from K-State Online must be in iSIS by 4 p.m. that day.
These grades must still be approved in iSIS. All grades that are not approved in iSIS will be marked with an “NR” and will need to be changed through a paper grade-change form. For assistance, contact the IT Help Desk, 785-532-7722, helpdesk@k-state.edu.
iSIS deadlines ahead; grading training Dec. 15-21
Grades must be entered and approved in iSIS by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4 p.m. that same day. Students will be able to view grades for regular courses in iSIS on Wednesday, Dec. 22.
Training for submitting grades in iSIS is now scheduled. The free training sessions are
- Wed, Dec. 15: 9-10 a.m. in Fairchild 9
- Thu, Dec. 16: 2-3 p.m. in Fairchild 9
- Fri, Dec. 17: 10-11 a.m. in Fairchild 9
- Fri, Dec. 17: 2-3 p.m. in Fairchild 9
- Tue, Dec. 21: 10-11 a.m. in Fairchild 9
If you have grading to complete, bring it to the session and we will make sure your grades are entered correctly and completely before you leave.

Wednesday, May 19, at 5 p.m. is the deadline to submit grades in iSIS. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4 p.m. that day. Students will be able to view grades in iSIS on Thursday, May 20.

Reminder: May 20 deadlines for final grades in iSIS
Instructors must submit final grades in iSIS by 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 20. The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4 p.m. May 20. NOTE: the grade submission process is not complete until instructors approve grades AND click the save button.
Reminder to instructors: Important grade-submission dates
Finals and final grade submission time is here again, and instructors may want to note the following important dates:
- May 12: Incompletes assigned in Fall 2008 or previous semesters must be removed and replaced with a letter grade and are due in the Registrar’s Office by Tuesday, May 12. NOTE: This does not include incompletes assigned for thesis, dissertation, or report hours.
- May 15: Incompletes not removed and without letter grades assigned will be changed to an “F” on Friday, May 15.
- May 18: Grades are due at 5 p.m. Monday, May 18, for final examinations on May 11-13.

Instructors: iSIS final-grade submission begins May 9
As the semester comes to an end, final-grade submission time will soon be here. Final-grade submission is electronic and only in iSIS, K-State’s student information system. Students will be able to view their grades in iSIS on Thursday, May 21.
Instructors are encouraged to take note of the following dates and information:
- Saturday, May 9 — Grade rosters will be available in iSIS for grade entry.
- Monday, May 18, 5 p.m. — Grades are due for May 11-13 final exams.
- Wednesday, May 20, 5 p.m. — Grades are due for May 14-15 final exams.
- Wednesday, May 20, 4 p.m. — Deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS in order to allow time for back-end processes to run.
- Grades for all non-standard courses are due five calendar days after the completion of the course.
