DARS reports unavailable until Monday due to upgrade

K-State’s Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) is undergoing an upgrade. DARS is a reporting tool that provides individualized analysis of a student’s academic progress toward a specific degree.

Training for grade submission in iSIS is now available. Sessions review the grade-submission process in iSIS as well as exporting grades from K-State Online to iSIS.

Fall 2013 courses needed for learning management system Canvas pilot

This fall Information Technology Services (ITS) is conducting a pilot of Canvas by Instructure. Canvas is a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS) used by many major institutions that offers a variety of powerful and intuitive tools. K-State Online new feature on dropped and manually removed students

A new feature is available in K-State Online as of Thursday, July 25. This release allows instructors to review the work of dropped and manually removed students in courses in K-State Online. This modification will support new business rules for instructors reporting students’ activity in a course to the Office of Student Financial Assistance and make it easier for instructors to validate the participation of dropped students within a specific course.  Continue reading “K-State Online new feature on dropped and manually removed students”
